Refund Update: 11/3/17

SCDC is processing refunds to clients incrementally.  We are committed to providing a refund to every client.  It is our responsibility.  In order to maintain the organization’s financial viability, we must provide the refunds incrementally; this will ensure that EVERYONE will receive a refund.  This also means that some clients’ refunds will take longer than others.  We will contact you to let you know when your refund has been processed.  We thank you for your understanding.
